I went last summer to the Gas Works Park in Seattle. It was Great Park to discover and enjoy seeing such an old industry. Gasworks Park has a gorgeous view of the city, the space needle, and the water. I take all my visitors here! Great place to relax, have a picnic, or take pictures.Gas Works is such a unique park. Visiting the sundial is my favorite thing to do. Just sitting on top of the hill watching the sunset is one of the best thing I did.
On a nice day, the view is as good as it gets. if you need a place that combine industrial architecture with the beauty of the waterfront and nature, then this is your spot.
